ERICA NICHOLS REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT Erica joined the team of Vickie Oelschlaeger Real Estate in January of 2007 and has successfully completed Real Estate Professional Assistant (REPA) through REALTORR University. She is currently taking online classes thru Independent Career Institute in St. Louis to receive her Real Estate Salesperson License She resides in Montgomery City and has a one year old son, Bryson. She is married to Brent Nichols and they are expecting their second child in July of 2008. Erica enjoys playing sports, fishing, and most any outdoor activitity as well as photography, scrapbooking, and most of all playing with her son Bryson.
